As I have spent so many weeks at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, this is my way of saying thank
you by raising awareness of the hospital’s charity.
The charity’s mission is to see an improvement in the health and wellbeing of the community through the
services provided by University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust and to improve the experiences of all
the people who use University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust’s hospitals in any capacity.
The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity exists to support medical and health research, and to
encourage excellence in healthcare for patients and their carers, wholly or mainly through the services provided
by University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
