Please be safe! While we really appreciate your support, the BONE-shaker MARROW-thon (Stephen/
Katherine Sinfield) is not responsible for your actions.
The organiser of the BONE-shaker MARROW-thon (Stephen/ Katherine Sinfield) does not accept
responsibility or liability for any loss or damage, or for any death or personal injury, arising out of any
fund-raising activity including liability as a result of negligence
If you wish to donate to the BONE-shaker MARROW-thon, please note that your donation or
sponsorship payment is non-refundable.
Riders: Safety first
Please start with:
•
A full tank of petrol, bike legal and road-worthy.
•
Adequate weather protection
•
Recovery in case of emergency - it is your responsibility not that of the event organiser.
•
No overtaking
•
Speed: 30/40mph on minor roads, max 60mph on the A38 dual carriageway.
•
To help the smooth running of the ride, the marshals will mark junctions and turns and assist with
traffic and ride safety.
•
As a rider, do not put yourself in a position on the road to endanger yourself or other road users.
•
In the event of an accident on the road, if it is near to you assist where possible. Try to direct
traffic round the incident and keep the ride moving.
•
Safety first - do not take risks.
Important:
The BONE-shaker MARROW-thon (Stephen/ Katherine Sinfield) accepts no legal liability for accident,
injury, loss or damage incurred while attending the event, irrespective of anyguidance or instruction
from officers, marshals or representatives of the BONE-shaker MARROW-thon (Stephen/ Katherine
Sinfield).
You must ensure both the safety of yourselves, the general public and event attendees.
